大倾角破碎特厚煤层综放面回采巷道支护技术的实践

摘要: 针对大倾角破碎特厚煤层综放工作面回采巷道支护失效的问题,深入分析了锚网索喷支护失效的原因,在对锚杆、锚索安装配套材料的规格及强度和锚索涨紧强度、锚杆预紧扭矩、托锚力等相关技术参数进行现场测试的基础上,形成并成功地实施了适合大倾角破碎特厚煤层综放工作面回采巷道围岩控制的“三高、三小、三及时、两协调、一让压”、薄弱部位补强、较大托盘护表的锚网索喷支护关键技术,使深部回采巷道围岩得到有效控制。

Abstract: Aiming at the mining drift of fully mechanized top coal caving working face disrepair problems in the Steeply Dipping Soft Broken Extra Thick coal seam,Further analysising on the reason for the failure of metal mesh bolt anchor cable and shotcrete technology,Based on testing for the installation of supporting materials of specifications and strength for bolt and anchor cable, anchor cable tensioning strength,Bolt pre tightening torque,Supporting force And other related technical parameters in coal mine underground field .At last formed and practiced the supporting key technology of“Three high,Three small,Three timely,Two Coordinated,A let pressure”,Weak parts strengthening,A large tray support the table about bolt, anchor cable, metal net and spray for the mining drift of fully mechanized top coal caving working face in the Steeply Dipping Soft Broken Extra thick coal seam,maked effective control on surrounding rock of the Deep mining drift.
